Right in the heart of it all and with lots of history, E&O was superb. The room was excellent (definately book a ocean view room), service polished but warm and the breakfasts were something to behold. Overall a great choice for where to base yourself in Georgetown. more

This hotel is an amazing place to spend your evenings in. I truly enjoyed having drinks by the pool and bar as the noisy restaurant next door is shielded by a wall and some hedges. This is an old style hotel with a wonderful atmosphere. The staff and service are brilliant. I loved the old style touches - the chap wearing a pith helmet and opening the door, the huge bedroom with massive old style bathroom (complete with power shower).
