Overall our stay was very good. The staff was helpful especially Yana who suggested things to see and places to go. The only thing that was annoying was the karaoke into the early hours from the, I think Cotton Mill entertainment, that could be heard from the room we had at the front of the hotel.

Location is very good,near the famous Sunway food stalls. Dimsum restaurant is also nearby. Room is equipped with king size bed and modern furniture. Breakfast is good but dining place is small,need to queue. Towel will be distributed @ 7 pm because they need to wait for outsourcing laundry to deliver back. Not good.

We stayed with our 2 children in the family room for 3 nights. Room was comfortable and clean. The reception staff was friendly and efficient. Upon check in, don't really feel welcome by the front office, the staff by the name called "yana" soft spoken, hardly hear what she saying.
