Spent a night with my whole family for a course. It is a good hotel with many facilities. My 5 kids age 3-13 years old were very happy with this hotel. The swimming pool just in front of our ground floor room. Also have a water slide, baby swimming pool & child playground. We played football at the small football... More

Me and wife decided to have a dinner at the cafe, we order kampung fried rice and cantonese fried kuey teow, the taste i could not even give a star, coz others 4 star hotels food i s not as... More

Pleasant hotel and conference facilities, comfortable room. Food OK. The service varied wildly from absolutely outstanding to... not. Never got around to trying the pool (it looked really tempting!) or the spa.

Palm Garden was build in a colonial style. Each room has its own 'lanai', encircled with glas and covered with timber. Between the wooden planks openings meant for ventilation. When twilight falls, squadrons of mosquito's invade and do themselves well on the available menu's. We didn't sleep the whole night. There is also no shuttle available to the nearby Alamanda... More

Unfortunately the service and professionalisim is sub standard for example; no internet coverage in hotel rooms, the hotel rooms are not cleaned unless you demand it, restaurants and bar are either closed or have minimal choice. This hotel may be okay as a BUMI hotel but certainly does not cater for the international traveller, better of staying at the Mrriott... More

Its a limited services hotel. I have been there for a work course, need to stay for a week. So I have no choice at all. The room services is quite horrible because I need to move to another room. No electricity and the maintenance can't finished their work on that day due to any reason that I should not... More

An excellent location if your business is with UPM. Staying in KL means a long commute every day. However, the internet service is horrible! Food and socializing options are extremely limited, as the property is next to a large Marriot, but otherwise on its own. The breakfast buffet is very nice. The people are usually helpful. It is what it... More

Recently my family had a family event in this hotel. We booked the hall for dinner, for 200 guests. This naturally comes with a room which I cannot fault as it was excellent. The function however left much to be desired. The waiters were lost until abuot an hour into the event when some supurvisors started coming in and sending... More

The hotel is dated, tired and grubby. The room was large but not well laid out. We experienced problems with the AC which leaked in to the room, and with the internet connection which necessitated a move to an alternateive room. The breakfast is the worst we have had anywhere, the lunch was satisfactory. The staff were friendly and tried... More
