Hotel is located close to the waterfront and to shops. We stayed 5 nites. Room service is not good. We requested for an extra chair in the spacious room but it never came although we spoke to the manager twice! He apologised and made up for the slip-up by allowing us a very late checkout at 4pm! more

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to Centre Point Shopping Centre, the waterfront and many eating outlets however, we found the service and housekeeping a bit of a let down.
