Stayed here as a family of four in two rooms with two single beds in each room. The first room we entered smelled disgusting and we asked to be moved to the room on the other side which they did grudgingly. Rooms were really basic with a population of cockroaches, horrible pillows and uncomfortable beds. Shower doors in one bathroom broken and towels really thin and small. Staff not at all friendly - especially compared to what we encountered elsewhere in Sabah. I really think you could do better at another hotel in Kota Kinabalu. more
