“Do not stay here”

Disgusting. Was last resort when everything else seemed booked out. Bugs, blood on pillows, sparks from power-points, no hot water, mattresses stored in stairways/fire exists - don't do it. At least ac worked.

“Rooms for dogs but not for people”

Ruby has a good thing going with her "resort". Namely, she can charge outrageous prices for very subpar rooms since she is the only pet friendly resort around. Ruby desperately needs to renovate/ clean the rooms. Mattresses had springs sticking out and there were holes in the rooms where frogs (and their predators) were free to come and go. Judging... More

not comfortable at all.the staffs were rude.had to change room twice.turned out they had a better room. but still not comfortable since the bed is smelly...not recommended at all.

I stayed at this hotel as I've to conduct a 4 days course organised by a state agency. Since the course was held at this hotel, I chosed to stay here so that I didn't have to move around as the seminars starts from 8am till 10.30pm daily.
