The hotel is wonderful. Clearly it is a 5-star hotel, the only problem is the boat trip that lasts 45 minutes (it's really very hard) and when we were out of room on the last day the employee go check our room if nothing was missing, this is not done in a 5 star hotel but otherwise everything is perfect.... more

We were very disappointed with the Beach house. Despite the hotel pitching itself at the top end of the market it is not close the the standards you can get in true 5 star resorts. You travel one hour by plane and another one hour by boat from the international airport. On rough sea or in dark: terrible experience before and after the very good holiday.
