This is our second trip to the O&O Reethi Rah and they still got everything RIGHT! We love that resort and it felt like coming back home. We travelled with our 2 young kids (4 and 2 years). This resort, quite simply was amazing. We went in Sept for 7 nights half board and had the best holiday ever. We were on honeymoon, check-in took about 30 seconds, golf buggy tour of the island and then to our beach villa. Havent actually stayed just tried to book a beech villa with pool but I faced some rude and unprofessional staff. Once they confirm the availability, next day they apologize but it is sold out. No flexibility, no manners....Im glad I didnt get a villa. If this is th einitial service I can imagine the rest.... more

I'd echo most of the comments made by reviewers who gave four stars to this resort. Very nice amenities/"hardware", but not top-grade service for a resort of this price level.
