“Nice Location & Island but needs customer service & maintenance.”

This would have been a nice resort when it was fist built but now its very worn and in need of a lot of maintenance. The lack of this resorts maintenance actually caused me serious injury on the 2nd day of my honeymoon I fell through a rotten wooden deck step that steps down from the balcony into the water.... The Hotel is amazingly build with every thing picture perfect. The Pool aqua villas were amazing, the villa had a big room well furnished and the bath was amazing with a jacuzzi for 4 adults.
