Unpleasant owner, lack of conditions in bedrooms - although ensuite there was no privacy/seperation between room and toillet. No hot water nor enough pressure to provide normal shower (never mind a good shower). Very expensive for what we were offered. more

Arrived for a 4 day break only to find they were in the middle of refubsihment of the roof terrace. It was cleaned up at the end of the day and for breakfast, but the builders reutrned and started work again whether you had finished eating it or not. La Casa Del Mar is a beautiful guest house situated overlooking the sea wall. It can be pretty windy sitting on the roof terrace but it is beautiful. We have just returned from Marocco yesterday. We spend 2 nights in this riad. Very good location in the medina, next to shops, port, restaurants and beach. Good breakfast every morning on the terrasse. Service is good. Rooms are ok, but not always very clean. Don't hesitate to ask for excursions or restaurant reservations. more

We booked a triple room to stay for two nights after it had been recommended in the Time Out guide. The reservation had been confirmed, but when we arrived they didn't have a room for us!
