I have mixed feelings about this place- nice welcome, complimentary glass of wine, well situated in the Medina. Breakfast on the rooftop was nice, staff friendly. We stayed a few nights here just after New Year. Jean-Gabriel was very helpful and even got us his favourite table at one of his favourite restaurants while we were there. This was my 3rd visit traveling in Morocco but I loved Essaouira and went this year for a 1 week stay, solo. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and exceedingly accommodating. They truly go out of their way to make it a wonderful stay. Can't say enough good things about it!! more
