From checking in we were given a warm and friendly welcome with staff that were professional, we were not happy with original room and they sensed this and moved us without question into a room with balcony.

The hotel has lovely decorations and is well apointed hot water a bit hit and miss but fine.

The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble even bringing breakfast or a snack to your room at no extra cost, breakfast was 20 dirham thats about £1.30 for coffee, orange juice ( fresh ), bread, croissant and jams great value and a great way to start the day, rooms cleaned every day with new towels.

Reception staff were helpful even explaining the taxi system 6 dirham fixed fare and making sure we were not ripped off by guides etc.

The hotel is situated 5 mins taxi ride from the beach and is in the residential area visit the local shops small and lots of internet cafes around.

Overall we would return here as we fell in love with... more
