The hotel is a bit dated, but pretty well maintained. The reception and breakfast staff were all very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and quiet. Staff went out of their way to help us with a problem related to a tour we had scheduled. Great value! They have two computers with internet available. The breakfast was decent, especially cause... more

Stayed here for 2 nights. Very helpful innkeepers who arranged trips for us and let us stay in our room until 2.00pm the day of checkout. Free internet and good breakfast. Rooms were quite basic but clean. The personal service of the innkeepers certainly make this hotel unique and worth staying in. more

We were arriving from Arequipa via 4-M Express Van. The tour ride was fun but absolutely long and delayed. We didn't get into Puno until 8:30 pm (started at 1:30 pm in Arequipa). Thank goodness the van driver let us off right in front of the inn and we saved the trip from the bus terminal back to the inn.... more

Great hotel. As stated by others a 10 minute walk to centre of town. Plenty of hot water, blankets and a heater in room. Breakfast included. Owners extremely helpful and obliging. Good value. more

We felt very much at home here. The innkeepers, Miriam and Alberto, were incredibly helpful in all aspects of our visit to Puno and Lago Titicaca. The breakfast room was like sitting in your grandmother's dining room. Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. The main square is about a 10 minute walk , but very doable. more

The Totorani is 7 minutes walk from the centre. If it is too cold, or just you don't want to walk, you can easily find a taxi just outside the hotel (it is only 1 USD to the center). The rooms are large and very clean, with hot water, that won't finish even if you like taking long, very hot... more

Hopefully this review will get Totorani Inn to No. 1 position in TA as based on our experience it certainly deserves to be there. The Inn is run by Alberto and his sister (Amelia we thought, although someone in another review has called her Miriam. Whatever her name, she is delightful!). We stayed three nights. We travelled to Puno from... more

Honestly, it was difficult to plan accommodations for Puno because most places only had a few reviews. Some of the places with good reviews wouldn't reply to emails or were outside of our budget. I went with Totorani because it had 5 consistent good reviews through Tripadvisor. My husband and I had a great experience. Totorani is family owned and... more

I have been in that hotel after reading the reviews in tripadvisor. I have to say it was the best choice. It is cheep 35$,very clean, 8 min walk from the central plaza. The most important the staff (especially Alberto ) is the friendlier staff i have ever met. Alberto was waiting for us at the bus station to escort us... more

This hotel was tremendous value for money, the owners couldn't have been more helpful. They arranged trips, suggested restaurants, and even went so far as to provide us with a sun umbrella when one day we decided to have a picnic lunch at the restaurant. Great to have free Internet connection. Breakfast was fabulous. Always had hot water!!! Would happily... more
