The Italia was part of our tour with Active South America and seems to be their standard for tour participants. We stayed at this hotel in January as part of a tour group. Beds were comfortable but the rooms were a bit on the chilly side. Our heater didn't work and a new (other) one was brought within 10 mins with no quibbles. Only problem was there were sparks flying out of that one so we elected to freeze instead... more
