The Hotel is away from the town, so you need a taxi. You have to drive over the railway line to get in to the Hotel, fortunately the train only passed at a reasonable time in the morning. No character to the Hotel. The internet was never available, could not understand the spanish message, and reception was not very helpful.... more

Spoilt by being perhaps overly rated in some reviews, this is a functional, modern but pretty charmless box on the edge of a stagnant backwater of Lake Titicaca.
