We booked at the Bloomfield Hotel as a large group. Of course it was a bit confusing with all the names, rooms, individual needs, etc. but the staff handled everything with a smile and great aplomb. The staff are courteous and quick to attend to guest's requests. The rooms are very clean. Even the glasses by the sink are wrapped in a small plastic bag which made me feel sure they are very clean.
