Well, we booked this hotel mainly because of its proximity to the venue where our event will be. The good stuff: Check in was a breeze. Breakfast which was inclusive in our daily rate was limited to Filipino menu but it was okay. Housekeeping service was prompt. When I asked for a hair dryer, it was delivered in less than... more

There Is Not Much Food for Americans At The Microtel Inn & Suites In Baguio, Philippines. Even Though This Is An American Chain Hotel. The Food Is Tailored To The Philippine People. There Is Very, Very Little Food On The Breakfast Breakfast Buffet For Americans. Unless You Like Dried Fish And Rice With Garlic, You Will Be Disappointed. There Is... more

We stayed 2 nights in Microtel, the hotel location is very good, about 10 minute walk from SM shopping mall/center and right next to Victory Liner bus terminals (for direct connection bus to Manila - about 6-7 hours journey - 2x stops). Breakfast is okay, free coffee/tea, water and ice cubes at all time. We checked out around 12 midnight... more

I'm so glad we found the Microtel! We wanted simple, clean, and safe. On top of that, we got great, friendly service, light filled rooms, and comfortable beds. I'm going to look for Microtel's everywhere I go now! The lack of carpet meant the room felt very clean! I hate grungy, old hotel carpeting! Breakfast wasn't much to write home... more

It's decent and clean (basic but comfortable), inexpensive, centrally located, and the staff are very pleasant and well-trained (this was a pleasant surprise). Price includes buffet breakfast (nothing to shout about but hey, it's free!) and free coffee at the lobby. There's an ice machine in case you're bringing in your own drinks. And if you're taking the bus to... more

My bf and I were looking for a place to stay for our short trip to Baguio so we started reading hotel reviews. When we read that this hotel was across the Victory Liner station, we had doubts about its location. We assumed it would be noisy, so we opted to reserve at another hotel. But when we got to... more

* small, cozy place * staff were courteous * rooms were very simple (i loved their pillows!), and very clean * i don't think they had a pool =\ * the conference room was 'okay' - not the best place to hold a formal meeting * their breakfast buffet was almost similar to a fast-food restaurant's. our maid can cook... more

My husband and I decided to meet in Baguio for the weekend since he’ll be coming from Sagada Province which is five hours away from Baguio City the previous day. I didn’t have second thought of the idea because… why not… I needed a respite from work even if it will only be for the weekend. We decided to check... more

What you see in the hotel website is what you see get in the hotel. I'm almost fully satisfied with this hotel. Except the the following events: 1. the hot water supply is only can remain around 15 minutes, and please let it take a short rest.(i think around 1minutes) 2. don't have any expectation to the free breakfast (the... more
