I could not believe the negative comments regading this hotel. All I can say was that my wife and I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were ever so helpful and the location was perfect. Away from the hustle and busle of the city. The hotel manager, Ms Maridol Duran, was exceptionally good. She was a true professional. The... more

This is one experience with Hotel Elizabeth that can't afford to share. For 2 years now, whenever we go up to Baguio, it has always been HOTEL ELIZABETH. Great location... you really get the feel of Baguio, homey, superb food, friendly staff. Unfortunately, when my wife and I decided to go to Baguio during the recent long weekend, Hotel Elizabeth... more

More than a hotel. Family run feel with the amenities of a five star hotel. Tightly run hotel from tom management to the servers. Owner run that does everything from flower arrangements to hosting the week end buffet. Was able to meet the Elizabeth of Hotel Elizabeth. Beautiful and accommodating woman. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Free wifi around... more

My son made reservation from California, USA. I made a follow up when we were in Makati where we stayed. The person was polite and he ensured that we have reservations for the dates. Arrived in Dec 2005 at the hotel and the front desk were polite and went through all the necessary info we may use later on such... more

Me and my girlfriend stayed at hotel Elizabeth from Nov 19 to the 21st. Check in was no problem as we came in around 5 in the morning. We stayed at room 210, as we settled in to rest for that day and the duration of our stay, problems appeared. First off, the aircon/ceiling fan was somewhat noisy to the... more

Late summer of this year, I brought my only daughter for a girl-bonding in Baguio. A nice treat before school starts. She's been to nice places in and outside Philippines but never to Baguio. Well, aside from letting her see this place, I wanted to check out again a small store in Session Road and splurge on hard-to find brand... more

We should of known not to stay here. It took them 3 weeks to responde to our inquiries about our reservation. We booked the EXECUTIVE PENTHOUSE SUITE that does look beautiful from the outside but by our 6th day there, we had over 3 pages of complaints. Their OWN STAFF confessed that their MAINTENANCE is HORRIBLE!!! Their staff suggested other... more

I travelled all the way from Iloilo to Manila with my wife and 2 kids for a supposedly memorable vacation in Baguio. Learned from a website- hotels.com about this new hotel in baguio, hotel elizabeth and hurriedly booked. everything was nice till we checked-in on April 12. There was a dinner buffet that for me was quite interesting and a... more
