I stayed here about a year ago for one night after missing my flight and needed a cheap place for a few hours. I thought this place was a wonderful value... everything we needed for our two 1 night layovers in Manila. On the fee we charge for airport transfer, the reasons for this is-- 1) You and your family are insured together with all your baggage and belongings while being transported in our van. In common taxi cabs this is not so. 2) The van you book is reserved for you exclusively and standing by...
Enjoyed my stay at the hotel with my girlfriend. Staff were polite and prompt with requests and food was good at a reasonable price. I stayed here for 3 weeks and was totally comfortable with all ammenities although only a small hotel. Above all it was safe,clean,and had excellent staffing. Carries my highest recommendation. more

In May of 2007 I stayed at the St Illians for 2 nights. I am retired US Military and lived in the Philippines for 5 years and this was my first visit in 17 years. I chose the St. Illians at the suggestion of a friend. I will say, it was perfect for my visit. Clean room, nice staff etc.... more
