We stayed at Fraser Place, Manila over the Christmas and NY period 2008 (still here as I type). What a shame....from the outside the property looks very nice and the lobby is quite impressive. Apparently this hotel is very over rated AND OVER PRICED the plumbing is terrible... the kitchen sink needs declogging they kept on sending the plumber who somehow doesn't know what he is doing. Last time I stayed here was to celebrate New Year. We booked a two bedroom unit instead of the usual three bedrooms because the rates increased quite a bit.
