My wife and I have been staying at the Citadel for over 4 years. Nearly all the staff have been fantastic and the few who are otherwise seem not to stay around for long. Having stayed in this hotel twice in a 3 month period I have found it economic clean and the staff far pleasanter and more helpful than some would have you believe.
