Service: Security was good & polite, maid did a fairly good job cleaning the room, maintenance people were awful, saying they fixed my shower head, but after using it, it clearly wasn't Room: One of the SCARIEST rooms ive ever stayed at. My room looks like a scene from a scary movie. Living room was spacious, tv was alright. There... more

Second time here for us, and we like it a lot. Location is awesome across from Greenbelt 5, and the area is very safe. Rooms are big, and are more like lofts with a full kitchen. TV and a/c work well, and they even have a voltage converter for your appliances if you are coming from the USA. For $60,... more

However, we had to change hotel because the room does not have television, you can not use their pool, no blow dryer, no iron and the breakfast is terrible. The building is old and the elevator is slow and hot. Everytime my brother-in-law drop us off in front... more

To cut a long story short, It was a piece of crap and it smelt like it too!! We lasted 15 minutes in the hotel and got our money back and left! Customer service was a joke! (exception goes to the baggage dude who was very patient and helpful). The receptionist with braces was very fake and kept smirking as... more

After spending a week getting pampered at the Hilton in Cebu, all we were looking for was a modest, reasonably priced but comfortable hotel for our last 5 days in Manila. This being my fourth trip to Manila, and having stayed at Best Wetern La Corona, Best Western Astor and Executive Plaza, we thought stay at this "hotel" which was... more

stay away from this place. they basically converted some abandoned condos into hotel rooms. it's dirty and the service is horrible. we didn't get our wake up call or our breakfast. the only good thing about this place is that it's right across from some fancy shopping center. but other than that, NOTHING. unfriendly and unhelpful hotel staff. there is... more
