I have stayed at the Richmonde many times, and always go back, to use as a Base in Manila. Rooms are excellent, even though the curtains could do with cleaning, and a coat of paint is also necessary. Staff and Management are very helpful and accommodating, I have never had a problem! more

Stayed there for over a week. Our room had ants. The elevators were very, very, small. No air-conditioning in hallways or elevators. Good location if you like to shop, hotel is near the Mega Mall and Shangrila mall. English speaking staff and very helpful we arrived very early in the morning and they let us check in early for small fee. Confortable room and indoor heated pool. more
