I traveled to the phils in June 2009 to meet my future wife. Nice central location, underground garage, plenty of taxis in area or walk to main street for jeeneys, minibus or tricycles. The rooms are nice and very clean. Air-con, hot and cold water(cannot drink),TV and Wifi at 100 pesos an hour. Within in walking distance of all kinds... more

Me and my friends (all 10 of us) stayed there for only a night and I can say the location is good...but the service is so poor. You always have to follow up your requests 2 or more times. We asked for a falt sheet and it took them more than 1 hour to comply...asked for a towel and 30... more

stayed there on 2 occasions,. coming in 1 evening i was asked about the contents of the fridge.and did i drink 1 bottle of water ? yes, i replied..! a bill was produced for 40 pesos, ! having " breakfast ",another day, i ate a banana with my meal which was in a bunch on a plate . next morning... more

Stayed at NS pensione for 8 days. Deluxe room big enough for 4 people. Staff are friendly and polite. Location walking distance to shopping mall. I liked the free breakfast nothing fancy but good enough to start your day in Cebu. WI FI is not free. You can get a WI FI card at the front desk 100 pesos/ hour. more

This Pensione is better than I expect to find in the Philippines at this price. Location is withing walking distance of restaurants, fast food, laundry, Internet cafe, Robinson's Place mall, banks, drugstores, etc., etc. The only bad experience was with service for the free breakfast. If I went at a peak time when the kitchen was taking care of room... more

I go to Cebu every few years to visit in-laws & we always stay a few nights here. The rooms are adequate, clean, and really inexpensive. I've stayed in a few places downtown, and for the money, you can't beat this place. free breakfast, free underground parking, and the staff are really friendly & willing to carry all of your... more
