I have stayed a couple of times at the Hotel Asia, Cebu over the last five years with my wife. At all occasions, the staff have been pleasant & helpful at the front desk & in the restaurants.
Deluxe rooms & above have been recently refurbished and breakfast is included in all the room rates.
