Our 2 rooms were confirmed and deposit paid 4 weeks before checking in.
We arrived at 10:30 pm. The horrible experience started at the check in.
The Westpoint Inn had just ONE room available. After presenting our confirmation with the deposit paid they eventually offered that 2 couples stay in one room. We refused because of the paid deposit.
The staff offered to make another room available.
The room however was a storage room, wardrobe doors and shelves all over the room and no bed in sight. In addition it was very dirty and had cockroaches.
Obviously the staff used it as smoking room.

We demanded to get transferred to a different hotel - meanwhile 2 hours had passed and it was almost 1 AM in the morning and still without dinner.
Eventually they arranged a transfer to a nearby hotel - The Dynasty, which was by ALL means better than the Westpoint Inn at similar price. We agreed that we will spend our 2 nights stay at the Dynasty instead.
