I will recommend this hotel to all travelers who want to relax and don't spend too much. I love thier breakfast buffet and thier staffs are very friendly and helpful. Well, lets start with the positive: I stayed at the 2room suite which was really huge! The decoration was outdated and a little worn, but the room was (as for philipines standards) very clean. The staff was very friendly. The Location is superb. There are some small shops nearby and 1-2 banks. Never had any problems to get a taxi.... more

This Hotel s----. It's old but unlike vintage wine does not have the desirable fizzle. Only one elevator worked and does not have an open button in case you have to open the door a bit. Great value for your money. Friendly staff, warm and cozy ambience. Breakfast choices well prepared and pleasant, Cafe Lorenzo was very inviting and waiters were all alert. Its location is a definite advantage. Public transportation readily available. Taxis are also logged in to assure safe travel. Thanks to the Grand Hotel for a great stay. Will be back. more
