My classmates and i stayed here during our summer tour class. The hotel is tall and nice. The staff are always helpful and nice. The dinner and breakfast are superb with fresh fruits and coffee. The only downside of this hotel is the small elevators. Some of time wasted for waiting the elevator.

Stayed here a couple times. Rooms were nice except no wifi in rooms, and wifi in lobby gets very busy with limited seats in lobby. We stayed for two nights, the room that was allocated to us was clean, bed was comfortable, wifi free in the lobby area. You will find a lot of the hotel guests taking advantage of the wifi in the lobby as at times there are not enough seats available. The elevator at times takes forever as people (guests or not)... Check in - front desk lady said we had no room despite having a voucher confirmation. Elevators - lobby had 4 elevators with only one functioning elevator to service all guests for this particular wing.
