It wasn't that good, but it was fair enough. It has big elevators, but its annex was not at a convenient distance. You had to cross the road and risk car accidents just to get to the annex. more

I booked this hotel based on name recognition and as our usual hotels were fully booked due to the Sinulog festival. Our stated bedding preference was NOT honoured. The refrigerator in our room, which I thought was inoperable, was plugged into a circuit which did not work. How long had this situation persisted? Not a brilliant hotel! The rooms were pretty poor and the hotel is located far away from the centre, in effect you are left with trying to haggle with taxi drivers to drive you to the centre of town (which is about 10-15 minutes away) to escape the high prices they charge.
