The resort is one of the best that I've stayed. Totally relaxing athmosphere...i like the way the two story bungalows were built around around the lagoon of sea water. Went here to relax for a week and did just that. At the begining of our stay there were problems with the water in the lagoon which meant it had to be drained but the duty manager kept us informed of this and offered us a alternative room. There is no tipping allowed but all the staff seemd so happy... more

The vast pool area is great for kids and adults but the whole resort is scattered with plastic rocks... it's such a let down, if only they'd been a bit more authentic. It's a very relaxing resort, great for kids, although not on a par with other 5-star hotels. The restaurants are over priced as the food could be better.... more

Stayed here for 5 nights in april. What can we say. The staff were amazing, helpful and polite. We stayed in Havana 6, which was like an a 2 bedroomed apartment, with large outside veranda area.
