“Definitely not coming back”

My experience at Lelac Inn is something I would rather not go through again. While the accommodations were certainly affordable and the location ideal (especially if your destination is the Central Philippine University), there is still no excuse for not being able to keep the rooms clean, at the very least. It seemed that the room has not been cleaned... More
