La Reunion is a fairly unusual destination for non French speakers but we had some spare Air France air miles so decided to visit. The island itself is not really developed for tourism, the most you see are Australians coming over from Mauritius for 3 - 4 days stays. I spent 5 days in this hotel with my family since the conference I attended was going on in this hotel. The place is a bit dissapointing to be so stiff-priced, not so well mainteined and with rather poor food served in the restaurant.
