Hotel Transilvania is conveniently located in the city center of Cluj-Napoca. It is a fairly basic hotel, very clean and providing good value for money. I have stayed there regularly and the quality is constant. I use the place for sleeping only and prefer to take the breakfast somewhere else, such as Camino or Olivo.

Good value standard hotel in a central location. So convenient that we stayed there twice. English language a bit of a problem at breakfast. Usefully theres a secure car park at the rear. The courtyard restaurant and bar is attractive though we didnt try the menu.

The hotel is situated very close to the main square. Simple but nice rooms. Clean bathroom but you can see it should be renovated. For breakfast you can eat quite a variety of things. Sausages, eggs, yogurt, meat, cheese etc.

I April, we slept three nights at Hotel Transilvania in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Very nice. Clean and spacious rooms, very friendly staff, and a perfect location, right in the center of town. Will stay there again on our next visit to Cluj.

Friendly and efficient staff, very clean and secure rooms and brilliant location. My only small suggestion add an extra rubbish bin to bedroom (there is a small one in bathroom). Will definately stay again and again on every visit to cluj - the town has won me over for vacations. Stayed for two nights. Hotel restaurant is also recommended!
