we stayed one night, loud music upon entrance of reception, friendly staff, clean and modern, big enough room, not a great view, good central location, not a good hotel if you can't sleep on hard matrasses without getting some back/shoulder problems. more

Booked this hotel based on the reviews on this site. Not disappointed. Fair point about the sound proofing. I always take a good pair of ear plugs as these problems are not unique to City Central. Stayed here for one night, it's ok for that but was glad it wasn't for any longer. Room rather basic but modern and clean except for the stained bedcover and bedside rug. Dreary outlook over the car park. The public areas are modern and there is a lift. Difficult to find but conveniently central. Parking easy nearby. more

I'm surprised there aren't already glowing reviews of this place on tripadvisor. Maybe its new? Kind of like Courtyard Marriotts in the us - basic, new and squeaky clean. Comfortable, clean bed.
