I booked this one for my girlfriend and I and it's too far out of town. It's basically a convention center with nice, high quality European standards. A colleague booked this, but thanks to a mistake on HRS, we noticed only on arrival that this hotel is way outside Cluj, in the middle of nowhere at the end of a typical Romanian gravel road.
