Cheap and close to iulius mall in very nice and quiet neighborhood... Paul (owner) is great man! Apartments are very beautiful on 2 level, sat tv, kitchen, basic stuff in kitchen, free parking and free wifi! Very nice place for very nice price!!! 5 minutes walking from Iulius mall and 20 from city center.
