This hotel is relatively new - 1 or 2 years. After spending some time travelling in Russia, this is definitely one of the better hotels. Front desk staff spoke english, as did some of the serving staff in the bar. We spent only 1 night here, but it was one of the best on that trip. The rooms are classic Russian, with small beds, etc. This is to be expected.

Cost was the equivalent of $120 USD or so.

Kursk is a decent sized town, and has a good selection of restaurants. Definitely somewhere I would visit on leisure travel in the future. more
