unfortunately we spent 4 nights in this depressing hotel. The service overall was absolutely appauling and even the simplest of tasks were turned into an obstacle course. Our company used this hotel for corporate training and just a stay for 2 nights. This is really not an American standard in everything. Although the general manager is Swedish, the service is far from to be called a European either. I regret that we have chosen this venue. My friend and I stayed in this hotel our last night in Russia because it is close the Sheremetyevo airport and they offer a free shuttle. We were exhausted from our travels and the hotel was the perfect respite after serious Russian touring.
