It was OK - conveniently next to a Metro station, for catching Aeroexpress to the airport. Around the corner though are some unsavoury types. Avoid the breakfast, most of it unedible. The business centre is expensive and a bit basic. The conference rooms are basic, the room we had had 4 big pillars in the middle, so people were arranged... more

Not that bad at all. I’ve been expecting something significantly worse after reading reviews here. Yes, décor is a bit “tired”, yet probably ads some pseudo Soviet feeling. We had a corner room with a view over the river and Europe Square, it was quite big, had everything one would’ve expected to find in a room. Service was good –... more

We stayed at the Radisson SAS for only 3 nights when we arrived in Moscow for a bit of comfort to ease us into the Russian Capital. The Hotel itself for Russian standards i would have to say was excellent, but it definently was nothing to write home about. The room which had a nice view out over the river... more

Would not recommend it to anyone, on business or otherwise. The lobby is outdated, with horrible light blue leather sofas and not convenient for meetings. Too many peculiar characters arrving in armoured vechicles with body guards. I have used half a dozen times, but was never happy about the cost even on the expense account. There are much better hotels... more

OK, I was booked into this hotel since I attended a conference held at the hotel. And I was totally depressed when I saw the reviews. I thought it was going to be awful, but I was pleasantly surprised. Granted, the rooms are a little tired and it was expensive for what it was (in Moscow, everything is overpriced though).... more

Second time in this hotel. Like all international hotels in Moscow the price is scandalous, but the biggest problem with this building is that everything the person in the next room says can be heard through the ventilation duct! You can hear his conversations and his TV - which means he can hear yours. This is the second time I... more

This was my first business trip to Russia. The room rate was high (Euro 310) for a very standard room, not including breakfast. When trying to take a bath, the water was dark brown with bits and pieces at the bottom (which, my colleague told me, is quite common in Russia due to old plumming and rust) The room was... more

Not a great hotel. Clean, but noisy rooms - you can hear your neighbors. Cost is stupid. Breakfast was reasonable. Location is good for workers, near a Subway station and Mall with lots of shopping/food choices. Lobby has lots of interesting shops that nobody shops in - weird stuff. more

Never again. I was charged more than $500 per night for the worst Radisson SAS I have been in my life. Out of date facilities, worn out upholstery and furniture, dirty room. Simply outrageous. Wi-Fi did not work, air conditioned did not work. I have travelled a lot and stayed in worst places but I have never felt so cheated.... more
