In a city with a huge shortage of hotels it is difficult to find a decent one for less than $400 a night. This hotel is not right in the center of the city but it is convinient to the metro (about 10 minute walk) which, gets you easily to anywhere you want to go (and much faster than sitting in a cab stuck in traffic, if you can find one).

The rooms in this hotel have been very recently redone. While they are certainly not huge they are very clean and everything is new. The beds are comfortable and the rooms quiet.

The lobby and restaurant areas were still being renovated but they did have a nice breakfast buffett in the mornings.

There are some restaurants and a small grocery store right nearby.

The downside is lack of any sort of internet access.

Overall, it is not a bad place to stay.
