The Hyatt is a haven in a hectic and (in winter times) rather dirty city. Staff is very professional, english speaking with a very positive attitude. Having been in Moscow some 30 times in recent months, friendliness of staff is an absolute USP of the Hyatt, especiall< compared with other hotels of international chains. Room are great, not really in... more
I would recommend this hotel without any hesitation. Probably one of the best hotels in Moscow and in Europe. Huge comfortable rooms rooms, great service, nice food, excellent common areas, good location. What more can one ask for? For the service offered in my opinion this hotel is value for money. I will definetely be back, when in Moscow. more
We stayed with my bf one night in the end of November 2008, in the luxurious Suite next to Presidential to my understanding, the one which is having the fantastic terrace but as it was rather cold we haven't had a chance to use it. My friend wanted to surprise me bringing me to the expansive Suite of heard so... more
Cold atmosphere and poor service. Rooms are fine, but overall experience is disappointing. more

I was blown away by the luxury, attention to detail, service and amenities. The hotel's one failing is the price. Moscow is currently the most expensive city in... more

I asked for a... more

Pricey rooms, pricey everything, but it definitely has STYLE! Excellent views if you book higher floor rooms. Breakfast comes in two versions (Buffet - cold) and a la carte (with warm servings). BF... more
While very expensive - but then a classy hotel in Moscow must be expensive, the clientele demands it - this is probably good value if you have the money. The staff are good looking, and have that swiss/hong kong 5* trained ability to be pleasant, polite, efficient, and individual all at the same time. The building's classic, next door to... more
Stayed at the Hyatt during a four day business trip in August 2008 due to its good TripAdvisor rating and recommendations of friends. First of all be aware of the fact that Moscow is one of THE most expensive cities in the world - hotel rates do not make an exception to this. So value for money is probably worse... more
