The hotel is okay for business travelers, but not for leisure travelers. There is no concierge to help make arrangements or provide information about tourist activities such as tours, etc. The front desk personnel do not have the knowledge level necessary to help with these types of requests, nor do they have the time. Tiflis is a Georgian owned hotel, linked to a Georgian restuarant. After many visits to Moscow, I am a confirmed Georgian food disliker, but this hotel is perfect.
