I and my mother stayed at this hotel for one night in July 2004 and generally liked our stay.
The hotel location is not very central but not too remote either. The hotel is a 7 minutes walk from VDNH metro station, which itself is about 7-8 metro stops away from the centre of Moscow. The hotel neighbourhood is residential, with quite dull standard Soviet architecture dating from the 60s. However, the hotel itself occupies a modern building that was finished just a bit more than half a year before our visit. Thus everything in the hotel was brand new, modern and in good order.
Upon arrival we were checked-in quickly and professionally, even though it was only around 10a.m. (the hotel seemed to be almost empty, we saw only a couple of other guests during entire stay). The room was very spacious (even by US standards, about 30 square meters) and the bathroom simply enormous, with a huge shower cabin and a bathtub.
