I checked into this hotel (everywhere was full!) after my horrible experience with another Moscow hotel (please see my other review). This hotel was clean and new. The reception service was good initially but when another lady came on board and the service level differs a bit. Probably due to language barriers, she wasn’t as friendly towards us compared to her colleague who attended to us earlier in our stay. Anyway we weren’t too bothered by her. The location of the hotel bothered us a little bit as it was about 2 hours drive away from city centre so we needed to wake up early in the morning to get to work in city centre. Due to the location, we also dined in the hotel quite often and I have to say the food at the hotel restaurant was quite good though there was not much variety. Overall I would say this was probably the best hotel I have stayed in Moscow and perhaps not the most convenient. more
