Main flaw is no sound proof inside the hotel, which is designed/built in a way that in your room on 2nd floor you hear every sound from lobby/entrance area. Overall room is not comfortable & tasteless in decoration. Minor flaw: INSTANT coffee in a quite expensive hotel (for Tula).
