Room service, friendly and helpful personal. We had a large suite (bedroom + sitting room), nice and clean. The hotel opened only 1,5 years ago so everything is really fresh. It is located in a quiet city area near the lake, fantastic for a morning walk. The breakfast was so good, we were offered pancakes, salmon, omelette... and the people were still asking if that was fine (it was!) or if we'd like to make a special order.
What we liked least... not so many European TV channels there, maybe, but we were told they were working at that/ more
