Can't say anything very good nor very bad about this place. It's located on the outskirts of Kaliningrad and thus your way to the center of the city is not very convenient. Rooms are light and clean but lack cosiness. The theme of this hotel is sea and seafarers but this unteresting idea is implemented indifferently mostly through cheap pictures...
