The hotel advertises itself as being a 10 minute walk from the Hermitage, which it would have been except the Palace Bridge was closed for repairs. However, the hotel was brillIant, we used the free spa facilities every day.

Quite big but nice hotel. A part of Finnish chain. Could be overcrowded with tourist groups. It's a very nice hotel. It appears to be centrally located, but in fact it's a 10 minute walk to the closest subway station, and there is literally nothing to do in the near vicinity of the hotel. Modern, stylish, spotlessly clean Hotel. Reception was quick, friendly, efficient at both check in and check out. The standard room was of a decent size, clean, very quiet. Travelled with a work group, hotel team was efficient with check in and the rooms were very clean and tidy. The pool, spa and gym at the hotel was world class and made the visit very pleasurable. A great location to walk around and have a look at aspects of life in the city. Enjoyed my stay here
