I have recently stayed seven nights, and I would recommend this hotel to other travellers. Staff is good, rooms were well appointed and modern. Room was made every day. Breakfast was good. The hotel has a large foyer with shops, bar, dining/ breakfast rooms and a very decent restaurant. Bar is open 24 hours. Live Jazz in the evening. The... More

We spent three nights at this hotel as part of a Trafalgar tour. Our room was clean and the beds were narrow but they had a good mattress. Furnishings were minimal but perfectly adequate. Since we did our travels as part of a group, the distance from the city center was not a problem. If you are part of a... More

The hotel is very big, you have to remember the location of your room carefully if you gonna stay there for few days. I can't tell the location because i joined a group tour to visit St. Petersburg. Room is clean but no free wifi. There is a supermarket next to the hotel, where you can buy some local snack... More

We stayed here during a conference and, though I was hesitant about our stay based on reviews on this site, I was content with the hotel. Room was comfortable, no problems checking in and staff was cordial and all spoke English. Buffet breakfast was fine, and ample enough to hold us until well in the afternoon. Cash was readily available... More

I have visited St.Petersburg a number of times and stayed in some excellent hotels (I must put them on). But this time I had a chance of catching up with someone staying in this hotel. Arriving late gone midnight was never going to be a quick check in and it wasn't. Thre was only one person in front of me.... More

Coming to this kind of Soveit Hotels, one can wonder what is the ineterest of Park Inn or Radisson to give its brand name to such a kind of Hotel. I do not think that is good for thier business, of course if they care baout their customers. Hotel is good if you are organizing their conference or meeting and... More

A very long way from town, nowhere to walk to. Impressive entrance but when you see the bathroom you wonder how it got 4*s, all there is is a soap dispenser, no shaver point and no adapter available to borrow from reception. The only bottled water for sale is via a machine. Cashier unable to change money. Buffet food was... More

The foyer is impressive with shops and bars. The room we had was ok,mould round the bath with cheap soap dispensers. No nicities at all. You could get a kettle at the reception for a small deposit, there was no charge for the kettle, needed own tea bags, coffee etc as there were none in the room. The buffet breakfast was... More

We stayed there for 3 nights as part of a Russia tour. It was really huge and it was full in july. The staff was prepared to serve this big volume of guests. Location is on the outskirt of the city, just next to the sea. The bus line can take you directly to the city center. Food is good and... More
