Ok. I'd like to qualify my review by stating that this is the only hotel that I have stayed in Russia, and therefore I don't have any local comparisons. I also visited as part of a tour group. So, my observations were.....it took about 90 minutes to check us in compared to our other (European) hotels which took a few... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback and please accept my apology for the long waiting times at check in & check out. We will review the group check in / out procedures for periods with large arrivals at the same time. The same goes for the breakfast area which was simply too small for the amount of guests wanted... The room was clean and functional, two single beds rather than a double. Good access to the airport. Breakfast was ok. The best bit was the Pauliner Bar which had a live band and was quite lively. I would consider staying again. More

Dear Guest, Thank you for your constructive feedback and good to hear that you enjoyed our Paulaner Restaurant. Paulaner is one of the most popular restaurants in St. Petersburg and frequently visited by locals and travellers due to the home made beer, delicious German food and live music daily. I stayed in a newly (the paint was just about dry) renovated Suite on the 4th level for two nights. I have nothing really to complain about, the room was modern, large, clean, the bed was firm and comfortable, nice bathroom. The only small issue was the airconditioning didn't seem to be all too effective. I dined in the Paulaner... More

The hotel is close to the airport which makes it very convenient for business. It will take you only 20 minutes by taxi and will cost you appr. 800 rub to get there. It's not very close to the city center though. The hotel offers standard, business rooms and suites. Free Wi-Fi is only provided if you stay in a... More

Located on the way from airport to city center this typical 3* tourist hotel may be good if you are on budget and get good rate. Renovated, it is advertised as 4*, but it is not true. Metro station is nearby, so you can travel by metro (day time city is difficult to drive by taxi). Rooms are clean. Food... More

Hotel location close to the airport is great, and the Moskovsky Prospekt Metro station is a stone's throw away, making for a cheap and quick trip into the City Centre. The bars and restaurant are always busy, and the microbrewery is very good. Maybe the dissatisfied reviewers are not quite up to date about what an expensive city St Petersburg... More

I stayed in this hotel as part of a package tour with a large group. If it had been priced like a 2-star hotel and if the company website did not contain one outright lie about the internet, and gross exaggerations about the quality of restaurants among other things, I might have been less dissatisfied. It was completely unacceptable for... More

We stayed four nights at the Park Inn Pulkovskaya. The rooms are spacious, but the lack of elementary amenities accentuates the feeling of emptiness. The food of both breakfast and dinner is tasteless and not varied at all (same, little choice every day). Once the plates and trays are emtied, it takes an eternity for replenishment - if at all.... I'm not the fan of this hotel but it is very convenient for business if you need to be in Pulkovo airport or near it. I've noticed some changes since 2009 and it has become worse. Yes, May is a high season, so a lot of tourist buses were parked in front of the hotel entrance (big groups, mostly Spanish,... More
